Bad bad service
<p>From the team leader to the consultants, oh my this call centre needs to be shut down seriously because it serves no purpose to its customers none what so ever, can someone with logic and empathy call me back urgently regarding case number ********** 1 which was a result of one of your ******** consultant.</p>
Really disgusted at your service, really looking to get out if this contract, will settle it and just go elsewhere, case logged last week Friday till today it has not been resolved, what do you call that, what irritates me the most is that no one emphatised and on top of that I am in this situation because of your call center agent but no, me the customer must suffer for it?!
