Bad Bad Service

So Telkom has just put the last nail into there coffin as of now you can not call them you have to use whatsapp and they do not help at all in the past there service was bad but now its just getting worse. Will the person who thought of this new brilliant idea of no customer contact number please stand up and bow out gracefully because you an idiot.
