Bad bad Insurance claim

Telkom insurance claim has a bad service. Bad communication, zero customer service. It’s been 3 weeks since I have been waiting for the device that I have claimed for. Paid excess fees in time and still haven’t gotten back to me. Horrible experience. I regret subscribing to them
