Bad bad customer service

I am Elizabeth Mthembu who is ***ears old and i have been a loyal customer for Telkom for many many years but what they doing to me for the past year is appauling especially the Maponya branch. They have suspended my cellphone contract while i have paid and sent numerous proofs of payments. When i go to Maponya branch to seek for assistance they just shove me with the phone to call the head office mysef, i have gone 3 to 4 times seeking for helping but not to my assistance. I even asked where their head office is so i can solve this matter by myself but they said they dont know where their head office is which is very suprising. I am fed up with telkom and dont want any further business with them. This is my last contract with them. I have been so frustrated i cant even make calls or do anything on my phone. I am not happy
