Bad Bad Bad Telkom

Bad Bad Bad experience just got on the line for 1hr they keep saying call this number and that number I called all of them but no number for billing they are so f**k up, while they deduct every month first it started at R199, currently, they are deducting R699. I have called numerous times and they are still not working on the problem.
