Bad bad bad service Telkom!!!!!!!!

After cable theft early August in Phalaborwa I am still without my lines and ADSL. Order for wireless routers were placed 20 August 2021. I am phoning Telkom every week two to three times. No feedback. Every time they escalate order. Every time there is a different reason for the outstanding order, Totally unacceptable service!
