bad bad bad service provider choice.

Those people ****** me ,I paid cellphone insurance to them for years without claiming. Until this year january when I lost my phone and boom their consultant cancelled the insurance while I was querying something else on the account . I have been sent from pillar to post when they finally respond. I even requested for the call recording but no response from Telkom. Those people are not the service provider they are vultures that dont care about customer service .
