Bad bad bad service on Billing

I honestly feel so unappreciated, I've been with Telkom from 2019 and now in 2024 they still over charge me on my monthly fees and always say I didn't have money in my account when I always make sure there is enough,I feel like this is just a **** way they use to launder money from people.i hate how much frustration telkom has caused to my life
