Bad, Bad, Bad service ever

<p>I got a msg from Nudebt Debtors collection to say i owe Telkom mobile R987.24, which since from the 17 mar 17 i have been communicating with more than 6 consultants, On the 29th i received an email to say my case has been resolved and the Nudebt will send me an email within 48hrs to say my debt has been cleared still nothing. I phoned Nudebt today to findout why i have not received the email and i was told they are still waiting for telkom to give a go ahead since they never received motification to say they should clear my debt. I then phoned telkom today & i spoke to Zama who refused to call me back or gave me an opportunity to speak to the manager NOKUTHULA who refused to speak to me, i then asked zama to put me through other management she told me they are all in the meeting, i then asked can she please send me my statement that shows i payed everything so i can send it to Nudebt and she told me she cant because my contract was cancelled only backoffice people can do that, i then asked to speak with someone from the backoffice because from the 28 i was also told someone from backoffice will call me till today no one called me. That is 2010 contract i am fighting. TERRIBLE SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED MY WHOLE LIFE. I will never advise anyone to visit your store and it was the first and last time i visit your store as well.</p>
