Bad bad bad service

I bought data 2 times R359 in a space of less than a week and apparently the data had mysteriously depleted,I called Telkom n the agent told me the 40GB was finished because I streamed, on top of that after the second 359 my Sim card never connected to the internet.the call centre agent was shokingly rude n said I must take what she is saying or leave it.i bought R700 data and it disappeared then was told I was streaming whereas I never connected!!!told her to give me a solution to my crisis because there's no way I am gonna sit n relax after buying R700 data.utterly unacceptable.i will never recommend Telkom to anyone after the service I got,the agent treated me as if she's the one who paid for my data!!!!
