Bad bad bad service

I ordered online an iPhone 11 then the order went through... they debited my account... ok fast forward is 3 weeks now no communication, instead I've been calling asking about the progress all the damn time I'm flippen annoyed cause now they telling me that the order is counselled, how ? Why ? When ? I was just in the dark. Telkom is *** shame.
