BAD BAD BAD SERVICE

We have been with Telkom for quite some years , and when we moved , we asked them to please move out telephone lines , the moved the line for us . but never came back to finish the JOB, its been almost 2 Months now , and no work has been done , when we do phone them , we wait for about an hour for somebody to pick up , and when they eventually do, they hang up on us !! What kind of service is this??
