Bad BAd BAD service !!

Since we moved to Langebaan 15 months ago we have never experienced a worse telkom service. It has been intermittand on and off like a yo yo and regardless of complaint after complaint it NEVER gets sorted out. Apparently Telkom exchange here is congested and insufficient but they refuse to upgrade it properly to handle the demand .....is this true ? <br> The most calls I do on my Telkom line is to Telkom themselves >>>>>SERIOUSLY !!! I spend at least 2 hours a week trying to get my internet working >>>>NO JOKES SERIOUSLY !! If its not off completely my 4 meg line runs at 0.15 - 0.7 mbps !! My internet has been off now since Thursday afternoon and its now Sunday !! Not only am I paying Telkom for a service I am not getting but as a result of Telkoms inability to give me the line I am also paying my ISP MWEB for data I am unable to use ..... over and beyond the inconvenience of not being connected and the money lost in my business without being able to advertise. <br> I would like to see how Telkom is going to reimburse me for this.<br> Telkom ... I will make it my business to widely inform others others as to how you react on this issue. forget your fancy adverts here the cookie crumbles.
