Bad bad bad service

Telkom customer service is the worst ever, they promise to call you back and never do! I've been experiencing network issues and no one is bothered about the bundle that expired but I never had the time to use as I'm getting messages 10 times a day telling me my network has been paused! When you phone the consultants are rude and they never know what they talking about
