Bad Bad Bad Service

on the 30th of September they debited money but on the 1st of October it was reversed on my side don't know how, then I called them to check on their system it was showing that I paid since was i worried they told me to call on the 5th that's when the system will show exactly that it reflected or not then I paid using EFT since then i called them they told to send proof of payment since its not reflecting they still struggling to allocate my payment I don't know y my phone is been suspended its 2 weeks not having a phone but i paid its not fair at all
