BAD BAD BAD SERVICE!!!!

its been two months now since i logged a call for my mom for telkom to just connect our line at our new place and still nothing from you guys yet you quick to charge us for a line still that we do not even have!!

this is absolutely unacceptable. it will take you not even a hour to help us out.
