Bad bad bad Service

<p>I took a contract with Telkom and they explain everything to me everything was fine and i was paying not more that R350 a month then sometime this year a lady from Telkom called me to change to another offer of which i did explain to her that as long as i am not going to pay more that R350 a month and she assured me that i am not going to pay over that amount. boom in May they debited R600 and i thought maybe they did not debit the previous month then boom agaim today they debited R806 on my account and when i quiry with them they are telling me its extra spending for a month of which i did not agree on that and i was not told about that. they are telling me they cannot be able to help me now</p>
