Bad Bad Bad service

<p>I ported my number from Telkom to Fnb and was not happy and requested a port reversal. It was all done and since the 19 April I am unable to send and receive sms and receive phone calls. I have been calling the call centre and all they can tell me is about turn around time. Missing urgent calls and communications all they can tell me is about turn around time and escalation. </p>
