Bad bad bad service
<p>So I wrote a review about this company last week Monday about device not being activated and to date my device is still not activated.. I have made further attempts to get hold of this provider for assistance but it seems as if nobody in that company knows their job or what is going on. I honestly do not encourage anyone to take out any products with this company because you will feel ****** if you do so since nobody knows how their products work in this conpany. I am fed up and regret the day i chose to have telkom as my provider</p>
That's exactly what you said last week when I published my first post but still nobody contacted me, instead I am the one who keeps wasting airtime trying g to get hold of you and still not be assisted.

So it is now the third week that I have had this device and still nothing is being done to activate it. I have sent you guys a cancellation form on Monday 3rd of April and still nobody has responded or said anything in regards to this as well. My next step is to reverse the debit order that you took from my account and should there be any more debit orders that you deduct from my account I will reverse them as well as it is not my fault that you guys are not actioning this cancellation on your side and collecting your device. Thank you.
