Bad bad bad

Bunch of *****s. They have continuously for the last 3months debited my account extra by R121 as well as a random debit order of R841 on a random day of the month.and my bank statements don't match what their system shows, When I went into the branch, they told me I didn't pay my account, but I physically showed them proof that I did pay. The branch can't help, they half dead inside there. They owe me over R1800 rand now. One thing about mtn or vodacom, they may be slightly more expensive, but these issues will never happen with those companies.

Today I'll be settling this account and never using telkom again.
