Dissatisfied TELKOM customer TELKOM is not user-friendly at all trying, to register a complaint with them is totally impossible After trying for months to register with them on the internet so I will be able to do all my business with them over the internet rather than visit a store every time nothing came of it. I visited a store CRESTA and they could not register me. I am a pensioner and find it difficult to go to a store every time I need to increase air time. The biggest mistake I ever made in life was to get a TELKOM account MY BAD.
