Bad attitude of staff

Yesterday afternoon 09-03-2018 at 17:54, I paid Telkom franchise in Kollonade Pretoria a visit; the purpose was to inquire as to the availability of Huawei P10 lite dual sim. A girl by the name of Dineo, in the regalia of Huawei, was in store shooting Instagram pictures, when I approached her for assistance, she just nonchalantly wagged a finger, and informed me, to go to other ladies for assistance, as she was done for the day. A bone I am picking, with such a discourteous behaviour, is the unconcern she gave me, and, to do so, while giving me her back. I signed up my Telkom data contract some 14 months ago, in that very same store, which humiliated me yesterday. As to why she is throwing the interests of the franchisee under the bus, is beyond me. The question is; am I the only one, who got that dirty treatment from her? I therefore, implore the franchisee, to nip this attitude in the bud, before it becomes an inferno. It will soothe my hurt if that girl, gives me a call, and apologise for that affront meted out to me; if, she doesn’t, she will continue to get away with ******, to use this trite remark. Whoever is the franchisee, must tackle this behaviour as a matter of urgency.
