bad attitude no effort to sort out a problem
All my emails business were deleted on line. For 2 weeks i have not been able to get emails from telkom. I have lost orders and it has affected my business. I have phoned every day to get this problem sorted out but nothing has been done.
All the staff at Telkom do not know what is going on. They are inadequate and need to seriously wake up or better option rather close doors.

Tell me what is actually being done.
If your emails were being deleted and you were losing business how would you respond?
