Bad attitude from Telkom Menlyn shopping centre

I get to the store to buy airtime for my colleague . She requires my phone number I explain I'm not buying for myself then she goes on about how the put it directly to the number. I just could accept her attitude then I told her I'm taking this forward and I want her seniors contacts that wasn't given to me. She confidently told me she is the manager and her name is Alice . This lady is full of shenanigans and has chased alot of customers away my colleague is even afraid to talk to her. Her bad attitude is bad for business!
