Bad attitude from technician

To whom it may concern

Good morning

Im Claudia Busisiwe Maneta. My contact numbers are: *********. Im writing this letter to complain about one of your technician who was supposed to come and install an uncapped wifi. I dont know his name because he never introduced himself but his contact number is *********

He called me on Friday last week telling me that he has been send to my place for installation and on his way. By that time i thought my child was at home but when I called him he said he is in Pretoria. I called the technician and inform him that there will be no one at home but my child ask his number as he wanted to go back home and meet with technician and the guy said he has taken the staff back to telkom and that was a matter of five minutes inbetween the start of the conversation.

He made an appointment for Monday the 8th. My son called him immediately after 8and he promised to come. After 12 we. called him since he didnt show up. He said he is waiting for telkom to send the request. I wanted the confirmation on whether he will be coming by monday. He said he wont promise that he will come on monday he thinks he will come on Tuesday.

I then called telkom and they said actual the technician is the one who made a Tuesday appointment.

I called the guy back asking about the Tuesday appointment,he started swearing at me and told me that I must not phone him he is eating and he drop the phone

Because I knew that he is not going to answer my phone I send him a message . He called me back abd by that time he was shouting his lungs out telling me that he will never cone to my place and I must stop intimidating me and insulting me. The message I send to him was to tell him how unprofessional he is

I request you to ask him to show you the message i send him as he said i intimidated him if its deleted im prepared to forward the one I send to him
