Bad attitude from call centre agent namely Nokuthula.

I would like to put a complaint against Nokuthula, call centre agent had so much attitude while I called around 16:54 today 7th April 2024. To make the matter worse Nokuthula put the phone down on my ear while I was still enquiring as I am unable to use my data on my Telkom Sim card including router. The manner in which she responded was rude, she couldn't be bothered with my frustration. I am still unable to use my data and would appreciate if Telkom can contact me and give me clarity on the matter.
