Bad attitude and very bad service

Firstly we booked in an iphone 6s about 5 weeks ago. When we got to the telkom branch 2 weeks after that the phone was lying in the store. When we got there this morning we wanted to get a telkom sim card and do the rica. We were told they can not sell us a telkom sim card and they do not know how to rica telkom sim cards. Seriously????? How can they sell mobile phones but do not know how to rica sim cards. Is this how Telkon treat their clients??
