BAD ATTITUDE AND POOR SERVICE

Telkom store in ****erney Mall the Indian lady gave me an attitude for no reason she just could wait to finish with my contract and never explained anything to me decided to chose a debit order date for me,did not even explained to me the payment terms as the contract is taken in the middle of the month ,etc she just decided to serve other clients and handed over to an intern who started to work today .I will not go to that shop ever again and to make matters worse when the poor manager instructed her to finish with me you could see that she was just bored.She must just not be at the front desk because she has no courtesy at all .Bad and appalling attitude
