Bad attitude and not helpful

Me and my Wife went to Telkom store at Mall of the South in Alberton, We gave them our new telkom contract sim cards to port as we wanted to keep our old numbers and 1 sim was to recieve 1gig of data and the othe 500mb of data but only one sim was ported from a different services provider to contract but incorrectly as it was to be allocated with 1gig of data but they only allocated 500mb data, the other sim card was ported to telkom prepaid instead of contract, we have tried in numerious time to ask them to rectify this error by going back again to the store and emails going backwards and forwards but they keep on saying 24hours it will be sorted or give it 7 days and to date is 5 months but nothing have been changed and they are debiting money every months. the name of a person who helped us and commited this error is Sibusiso at Mall of the south and i have try numerious times to get hold of him but the guy is always not available.
