bad attitude and customer service sucks

telkom has the worst call centre agents in africa they are rude un helpful and stupid <br> <br> i was told after 2hrs holding to speak to a team leader sorry telkom cant help with your problem the turn around time is 48 hours and its not my problem if you lose money thats how our system works and there is nothing i can do about it pathetic service and rude
