<p>Today, 02 May 2017 at 16:06, I called Telkom Blue Tech Retail - Hatfield Plaza regarding faultry landline. A lady called Lezene answered the phone and was rude. She told me to call the number 10210 for faultry lines. I tried calling the number but it was engaged.</p>
