Bad attitude

<p>The technician piched up just now, with out confirming. He was supposed to be here Friday. He has n horrible attitude when i asked him where was he on Friday. This is the very same technician which is being sent out everytime. He has missed to previous appointments without any notification after i have made special arrangements to be on the premises. And before that there were 2 times he pitched up but failed to fix the faulty installation he did the first time. He refuses to give his name or his supervisors number.
