Bad attitude

I went to do a sim swap at Telkom Sunnypark mall in Sunnyside Pretoria. The person attending me had the nerve to tell me he will not register my sim card cause i refused to go look for change cause i was paying with a R50 note. Its been over 2 days now and the sim swap has not been completed.
