Bad attidute fro the call centre agent

I called in to be assistance with my international roaming, I was assistance by Philani Ndlovu whom gave me an attitude on the line. I called in around 19.10pm and I was on the call for over an hour. please listen to the recordings and tell me is that how a client is supposed to be help. I've called the call center and been to the branch and I could not get any help. I'm leaving the country in a couple of days and need my services to be active. your response will be highly appreciated. I was put on hold for over 20 min to talk to the team leader.
