Bad and unprofessional service

Good day has any one had the problem where telkom owes you money but keeps on deducting money from your credit.

I have mooved my line from 1 town to another but I'm still getting billed for my first line.

Telkom services is completely useless and no one knows how to help, i have phoned #Telkom on several occasions and asked for their manager and every time there is a problem.
