Bad and unprofessional service

I cancelled my Telkom contract end of November 2019 and my routers sim card was voided soon after as my contract was finished and i was not aware my contract went over to month to month I do not get the data as my account is closed but my account is still being debited this is very unprofessional. Telkom has the worst service ever their data does not last and they cancel completely remove the sim from the network without any warning after it was cancelled I paid for the data but they remove my sim from the network I will not recommend Telkom to anyone
