Bad and slow service telkom

My telkom account is fully paid and the own me a refund which I have been following up a months and a half iv logged calls send my banking details and I got a reference number which has been reportedly close without my money paid back no one has contacted me with a way forward Telkom customers service is bad they all sleeping on the job iv even sent my emails with my banking details to ********** , ********** , ********** and ********** the all a waist of time I really don’t know when the have systems in place that don’t even work
