BAD AND *********** SERVICE

<p>I requested cancellation of my Asus Tabs in Aug ,Sept and Oct only to find was not cancelled. I was still billed of R200 which isI am not liable as Telkom failed to cancel my contracts.I sent proof of cncl request to serveral call centre agents but to no avail. I keep on paying cash my Wifi account and the R200 is added. I sent my query to a manager and they don't even have the f decency to respond or to acknoweldge my mails. I received a sms this morning that the handed me over to Debtsafe and they failed to even investigate my case. I am going to take you to court for this. You are playing with my CREDIT RECORD WHICH I AM NOT GOING TO LEAVE LIKE THIS. Renee</p>
