Bad and Degrading service

I am really saddened by the BAD, Degrading service I got at Telkom at Mall@Carnival, I went there to do a Sim Swap, The lady at the door was not welcoming, her face was if something BAD is smelling and after she told me to take the ticket again with that same bad attitude and then I proceed to wait to be assisted while waiting I ask this nice lady who advised me that I can do my sim swap at the branch only, then this other RUDE lady, loudly said to her colleague... I can go to any other branch, they not slow the system is, and went on and said Telkom doesn't owe me anything and I got so ANGRY , that's when we exchanged WORDS, I'm not sure if she disrespected me because I am BLACK or she likes undermining her fellow black clients.. I left and came back where Lizanne also assisted me with that same BAD attitude... Telkom please talk to you staff, we come to your branch not because we bored but we really IN need of your service, please teach your staff some customer service
