Bad and appalling customer service

When going to the N1 City branch on 08.11.17 i was assisted by a lady with braids while shw was talking to me she started speaking to another customer i asked to be attended by someone else A gentleman with black hair and beared with black clothes, indian looking, came to me. I showed him the correspondence from Twitter on what i came to do, he informed me its wrong. He then gave me forms without any explination I then asked to see the manager who came after almost 20min i told him what happned and he said he would speak to his staff.

I left without getting any proper servoce
