Bad and *****!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Once again money taken off we depedorde. And phones is cut off. Then if you phone the problem will be fixed in 10 working days. Dis is not extable you take your money and put the phone and you pay for all data and SMS but lose everything. I want this sorted out I'm not gone just leave it. I'm going to take steps.
