bad after sale service they dont care

Before the sale was completed, you were actively following up with me. Now that the sale is done, I am no longer receiving any assistance regarding arrangements with the technicians.

I have repeatedly requested that my concerns and contact details be escalated to the technicians, but my requests have been ignored. To make matters worse, you have now blocked me after completing the sale on your side.

Is this really the level of service that Telkom provides to customers . *** i have requested the agent to escalate this number since im not allowed to use phones at work ,hence i provided an alternative for technician to call my team leader to make appointment for installation but no after service once sale is done. the sale was concluded on this telkom whatsapp number +***7 its a telkom agent number -this is the respond i received from the consultant "We did our part now it's on the technical side. So they will contact you" a simple request escalate my team leaders contact to technicians
