Bad ADSL service
<p>My ADSL has not been working for the last 2 weeks. I reported a fault one week ago and the only response that i received was that a technician will call me. I have received no communication at all. Very very poor service. </p>

I have received no contact from any technician regarding this query. ***
When i called to query why i have not been attended to i was informed that a technician came to see me on the 17th of August and found that i was not at home. How could i have known that I was supposed to have been at home when no one contacted me?
