BAD ADSL lines

ADSL lines in Lephalale. Telkom is a bad choice for a service provider. We are struggling some time now. Yes they do send technical people out.....but....still struggling to get what you pay for. 10meg line. Did a speed test now. Did not even picked up upload or download speed. DSTV decoder shows 0.29Mbps.
