bad accounts consultants - *********** SERVICE PROVIDER

<p>called telkom last week to sort out my accout with them , was instructed by an *********** consultant to do an EFT for a certain amount , then she did not notice that my next debit order amounnt was less than what she THOUGHT it was, now my account is suspended because of someone not knowing their job! second of all i tried calling in to sort it out and the telkom number just says my account is suspended and cuts the call! so now im not allowed to speak to anyone! Telkom is very ***********!</p>
