Backpay of credit immediatly, on my Telkom account which I cancelled on June 2018

I gave notice in June 2018 to cancel my landline. There was an amount of R652. 27 credit on my account. I started to phone Telkom on the number ***. I spoke to: Thobeka Mselekt ref nr: 2***, Nicolas Brijlam ref nr 2***,Charmain ref nr 290 632 70.Chane v Rooyen @***..None of them advised me that I need to send a copy of my Id and bankstatement. AGAIN, I phoned Sello Chatty and AT LAST! I was advised that they will make a payment within 3 working days. There is no office in Pta where I can go and sort out this problem. When I ask to speak to a manager, they are ALWAYS in a "meeting" On 24 July 2019 they promised to pay me back. MORE THAN A YEAR. ITS MY MONEY. I WANT IT BAC****!
