Backoffice feedback

I took a 10gig Data deal from Telkom. I told the sale lady that I only want the sim and not the device as I don't wanted to be in a contract. Because if you just take the sim, the deal will be on a month to month deal. My paper work only clearly shows that it is for sim only and no device. So in others I'm not in a contract with Telkom. Just over a week later I discovered that my deal was loaded as a 24 Month contract with Telkom. I spoke to the sales lady as she realise that she made a mistake. She reported it to Telkom backoffice to be corrected and gave me this Case nr ***5. I'm waiting for more than a week now for feedback from backoffice. I phoned customer care twice already but they said they can't do anything as it is with backoffice. I need feedback immediately as my plan is to take out the Telkom \The Big Deal\" contract. If I don't get satisfaction from a finger type error from your sales lady, I will take it up with the Ombudsman to investigate further"
