BACK OFFICE NEEDS A KICK IN THE #*SS!!!

I app**** at the Sales Department for a new contract and was told that back office will get back to me via sms in 48 hours. I then called them after the given time and was advised by a very nice representative that the application was declined due to Application Personal Information Do Not Match Bureau Information. He then advised that I contact the bureau and get the required information from them which I did. I then made contact with him again and he advised that his team leader have forwarded it to back office. He then called me again to ask that I be patient due to the fact that they do not have contact with back office and they sometimes take up to 7 days to give feedback. Why is it that Telkom takes so long and the other cellular networks complete applications almost immediately. How much longer do I have to wait as I have sent them everything they needed from me and was told that the application should not be approved. How much time is needed on a single application?
