Back office is a joke. Telkom

I requested for a technician to come out on Wednesday 29 August, the technician never pitched and claimed to have called me. No call was received. On Thursday the technician came out and spend 3hours installing my land line. Telling me that the paper work would take 24 hours to be processed. Called Friday, paperwork was not processed, I them found out that a consultant from the back office canceled my request without me requesting it to be canceled. Now been struggling since Friday to have my paperwork processed so that I can have internet to do my work. After countless calls they have now decided to cut off my landline so that I cannot call them anymore... I need to have this sorted and will make sure to never refer them as a service provider to anyone. They have my details on the system and can use the reference number ********** to get my details. I expect a call asap.
