Bab Service and Bad Attitude
The staff at Telkom Eastgate are extremely Rude. I app**** for a Media Pad its been 8 DAYS and I did upgrade its been 2 days I haven't got any feedback from TEPEE (Consultant who helped me). I went to the shop Yesterday to get Feedback since I was promised to be called and no one did, Tepee was on Lunch and 1 staff Lady was so rude when I asked for Tepee email add, Nomsa Hadebe helped me. I send an email this morning to Tepee and Nomsa asking for Feedback still no reply. Can I get Feedback Please #Telkom must fall. Service there is Bad.
